We also strive to ensure that our employees are professional, experienced, and knowledgeable in all the influential techniques used in foundation repair so we are able to guarantee the quality of our work. Giving us the advantage of bestowing upon you the confidence you deserve as the consumer. We do everything therefore we do not have a biased opinion!

James J. Clark, Jr. - Founder/President       

        J.J. having worked in the foundation repair industry for many years for other companies founded AllinOne Foundation Repair, Inc. in 1999. A native of Austin, Texas he is exceptionally knowledgeable of the soil and land structure of central Texas. He takes pride in working hard and being involved in every project we take on as a company.

Marcia Leigh - Office Manager       

     Marcia recently joined the AllinOne Foundation Repair, Inc. and has become a tremendous asset to the growing success of the business. She has over 10 years experience managing offices and customer service departments in various industries. She is a Cum Laude honors graduate of Texas State University with a major in Communication Studies and a minor in Business Administration.

Robert Knight - Senior Foundation Specialist         

    Robert joined the AllinOne Foundation Repair, Inc. team in 2007 and has been a benefit to our company with his extensive knowledge in residential homes. Prior to joining our company he worked as a residential home appraiser for 6 years gaining imperative knowledge in what to look for with foundation issues. With strong customer satisfaction concerns and the ability to see potential foundation problems Robert has become one of our top team members.

Odon Hernandez - Construction Manager

    Odon has been an essential team member for AllinOne Foundation Repair, Inc. since the companies inception in 1999 being the first employee. Fluent in English and Spanish, Odon provides a skill that has enabled our company to flourish with his knowledge of foundations and the systems available to repair all types of structures.

 Agustin Hernandez - Foreman

    Agustin has given AllinOne Foundation Repair, Inc. six years of devoted hard work. He is an exemplary employee and a role model to all. Willing to go the extra mile to deliver quality work he is always striving toward precision.
